Inspire Physiotherapy Ltd is a private physiotherapy clinic based in Prudhoe. After becoming the new owner in November 2020, Clinical Lead & Principal Physiotherapist Kate Young went on to transform the clinic into a holistic and inclusive wellness centre before moving to Prudhoe in 2023.  Kate is supported by an experienced team who share her passion for helping others overcome pain so that they can Move Better, Feel Better and Live Better. This quickly became the clinic’s mission statement.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help each and every client that visits our clinic to Move Better, Feel Better and Live Better. We do this by creating very personalised and tailored treatment plans to effectively target the source of pain, rather than just addressing the symptoms. Wherever possible, we will identify the root cause of the problem(s) to give every individual the chance of preventing relapse in the future.

Our practice draws from a number of disciplines and we are happy to count on the knowledge of experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, Injury Rehabilitation Specialists and Holistic Practitioners in our team. We work to address a vast number of conditions and injuries whilst always taking a holistic approach and treating the whole person, not just the painful parts.
